UR-700 UHF Wireless Microphone
System
Description:
Telex Communications, the unrivaled innovator in UHF wireless, has done it
again. Never before has so much value been available in a professional UHF
wireless microphone system. The UR-700 operates in the less crowded UHF
frequency band of 690-725 MHz, virtually assuring interference free performance.
Multiple system operation (up to ten systems) is possible on compatible groups
of pre-set frequencies. An industry best three year parts and labor warranty
covers all UR-700 products.
Posi Phase Diversity
The UR-700 utilizes Telex's Posi Phase auto diversity circuit. Unlike other
types of diversity which receive with only one antenna at a time, Posi Phase
utilizes both antennas at all times. This results in a stronger signal from the
microphone for cleaner audio and greater range. If the microphone signal begins
to go out of phase (a common cause of "drop outs" with other types of
diversity) the Posi Phase circuit adjusts the phase angle between the two
antennas receiving circuits to prevent phase cancellation. The action is
indicated by the 0 and 180 degree diversity lights on the front panel.
Features
A back lit front panel provides an easily distinguishable display of RF,
Diversity, and Audio Level status. Additionally, a front mounted squelch
adjustment provides for fine tuning of precise squelch levels. The rear panel
features dual TNC connectors for antenna mounting. These provide superior
electrical and mechanical performance to other connectors. This is especially
important when employed with the UHF frequencies. Balanced XLR Mic Level and
adjustable unbalanced line level outputs make the UR-700 adaptable to almost any
P.A. system. A power cord retainer helps prevent inadvertent removal of power
supply.
HT-700 Handheld Microphone
Transmitter
Description:
The HT-700 Handheld Microphone Transmitter features a tapered design, with a
slip resistant rubberized finish. This provides for a positive feel, as well as
a reduction in handling noise. A recessed power switch and raised mic on/off
switch provide tactical feel for both operations. A low battery indicator alerts
user when a change is necessary. Internally, a 9 volt battery provides 8 to 12
hours of use under normal operating conditions. A gain control allows adjustment
to the level of the audio circuit. The HT-700 is available with a choice of both
dynamic and condenser heads.
Beltpack Transmitter WT-700
Description:
The Wt-700 Beltpack Transmitter is a compact, rugged design suitable for most
any portable application. A sliding, recessed power switch inhibits inadvertent
turn off. A raised bat handle style audio toggle switch provides positive feel
when worn on belt or concealed under clothing. A TA4 style mic connector adapts
to virtually any type of lapel microphone, and provides a locking connection to
keep microphone in place. The metal belt clip is a 90 degree, rotatable design
that allows vertical or horizontal orientation. The captive style battery door
opens to provide access to the 9 volt battery that powers the unit. Typical
battery life of the WT-700 is 8 to 12 hours under normal operating conditions. A
top mounted low battery light alerts user when battery requires changing.
Inclusive Rack Mounts
Description:
For added convenience, the UR-700 is supplied with rack mounts for both single
and double mounting in a 19" equipment rack. The rack ears have knock outs
that allow for front mounting of antennas (when used in conjunction with part
