SPEAKON 2/4/8 PIN SNAKES Horizon offers Neutrik Speakon cable assemblies, available in 2,4 and 8 conductor versions and feature Neutrik's exclusive strain relief. These are available in various lengths. (Note: All Neutrik Speakon cable connectors are Female and all Speakon Panel Connectors are Male.)

 

EP (4/6/8) & AP (4/6/8 PIN) We also offer Alcatel EP and AP multi-conductor speaker snakes. The Horizon standard multi-conductor speaker cable can be terminated with the Alcatel EP or AP multi-pin speaker connectors. These are used when setting up and array of cabinets for fool proof setup every time. The Alcatel EP and AP are both offered in 4, 6 and 8 conductor versions. The EP connector has an all metal shell for durability, while the AP connector utilizes a plastic outer shell for more economical operation. Available in a variety of lengths and all carry the Horizon Lifetime Warranty.

 

SPK SERIES (FAN TO FAN) SPEAKER SNAKES Our speaker snake cables use superior quality multi-conductor speaker cable, 13 gauge conductors of bare copper, individually jacketed and in configurations of 4 conductor (2 channel), 6 conductor (3 channel) and 8 conductor (4 channel) all in one jacket. The outer jacket is our most durable yet flexible PVC for optimum performance. The standard configuration will have a 2 foot fan out on each end can be terminated in either 1/4" connectors or banana plugs. The shrink of each channel is color coded for ease of setup. When connecting an array of speakers in a common location, using a Horizon speaker snake will not only speed up your set up time but also eliminate a cluster of cables from your amp rack to your speakers.

 

SPEAKON TO FAN-OUT SNAKES Horizon's Speakon to fan-out snakes have a 4 or 8 pin Speakon on one end and a fan-out to the required number of 1/4" or MDP connectors (2,3 or 4). We use Horizon's SS4, SS6 or SS8 speaker snake wire (see specs in bulk wire section) for these assemblies. Theses cable assemblies are the perfect fix when you have one piece of equipment using Speakon jacks but single channel 1/4" or MDP banana connectors are needed on the other end. (NOTE: some equipment uses Speakon jacks with only one pin-set wired. Check your owners manual if you're uncertain.) Custom configurations available from our custom department.
